Who we are
belun.app is operated by an individual developer.
What data we collect and how
belun.app is built privacy-first. 95%+ of tools run entirely in your browser — no files, text, or images are ever sent to our servers for those tools. We do not have user accounts or registration.
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Every page on belun.app loads a script from Google Tag Manager (GTM-MZW4LJBG).
When your browser fetches this script, it transmits your IP address to Google's
servers. We do not receive or store your IP address ourselves — Google processes it according to
Google's own privacy policy.
If you accept analytics via our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 (configured inside GTM) may additionally set cookies on your device (see the Cookies section below) and collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and browser type.
If you decline, GTM operates in cookieless mode. Google may still receive anonymised, non-identifying signals, but no cookies are set and no individual-level data is collected.
Server access logs
Our hosting infrastructure (Linode, Frankfurt, Germany) records standard HTTP access logs for security purposes: IP address, request path, timestamp, and user-agent. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not shared with third parties.
Legal basis (EU/EEA visitors — GDPR)
- Analytics via GTM/GA4: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Decline" in the cookie banner (refresh the
page if it no longer appears and you want to change your choice by clearing
localStoragekeybelun_consentin your browser's developer tools). - Server access logs: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing the service.
Who receives your data
Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement that incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA to the USA.

No other third parties receive personal data.
Cookies
Cookies are only set after you accept analytics. If you decline, no cookies are set by belun.app or Google Analytics.

We also use browser localStorage (key: belun_consent) to remember
your cookie preference. localStorage is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.
Data retention
- Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months (Google's default GA4 setting).
- Server access logs: 30 days, then automatically deleted.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights under GDPR regarding personal data we or Google process on our behalf:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data.
- Restriction — limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Complaint — lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA)
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
belun.app is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
